Havreflarn Hero

I was craving for IKEA “Havreflarn” but since it’s gonna be a long time before I get hold of any of it, I decided to bake some myself.

  1. Sometimes when I can’t sleep I find myself in the kitchen late at night. I keep going back to the blogs that got me into cooking ten years ago and it’s such a comforting feeling . Well this is one of those nights where nothings feels better than baking a small batch of cookies at almost midnight because what else is there to do , right? People think I’m crazy but I know deep down that sanity is making whatever makes you feel good and that’s what I’m choosing tonight.
